Katlyn Phillips

Katlyn is a mother of two daughters (20 & 15), wife, and works full time as an IT Manager. She enjoys traveling, reading, family game nights, and binging Netflix. She began running in 2012 with Couch to 5k and fell in love quick and hard, running many half marathons her first year and moving up to run her first marathon in 2013. She has also dipped her toe in the ultra scene running a 50k & 70k but the marathon is her favorite distance followed by the 5k. She has been plagued with numerous stress fractures since 2015  which has led to very disappointing race results and interrupted training cycles. Katlyn has been healthy since 2018 and ready to chase big scary dreams alongside her team of strong and courageous women. In addition to TIDP, she is a member of the Oiselle Volee.

The process of becoming is better than being. Set big goals and learn to love the work that gets you to them. Even if you fall short you’ll still be winning.
